IMO you have misunderstood EW.

IMO this statement is about all the speculation of what funds (if any) needs to be raised and how they are raised. I detect a slight level of frustration from Dr T because people aren't listening properly to the information being shared. IMO to many hidden and self servicing agendas from people that post on here. I trust Dr T and share his frustration but I am an FA guy and happy to wait.
