    It's a good move from Dr.G due to many factors.

    1. Increase Liquidity
    2. Attract institutions
    3. institutions will move the SP to new highs
    4. Stop SP manipulation

    Possible raise for this is that CFDA is coming quicker than anticipated? possibly due to corona virus? We shall find out what's in store for 2020.
