Nice detective work valakos ! Guess if you can leak a story that "may" have some basis you can bag a 10% + uplift having bought shares prior and sold on the spike. Could someone pick up the phone and ask Device Technologies if they are interested in PGC ? Looks like PGC have made a mess of the integration plan having only achieved $2M of the touted $8M (can we trust that figure ? ) of cost savings.
