I would have thought that they very prudently need to properly define several years of mine life, and find where there is the best quality ore, in order to justify investing (spending) $25m or whatever (of our money) on a new processing plant. And in order to know exactly where to dig within each mine and site. And imo they seem to be making good use of the time by drilling whilst preparing to build the new plant.

Just look at the difference at HC with mining in high quality compared with mining low quality areas!!

If it was as easy as is implied by others then I could just pop into IBIS and buy a bucket and spade, and catch the ferry over to Horn Island and start digging! Patience Kev!
