yeah i'm not sure either if there's any substance to this jv. I would think that if any negotiations/money have changed hands, then the shareholdres would/should have been informed.
it would be pointless not informing the shareholders. they cant keep financial matter a secret. therefore, i reckon its just speculation and i'm not really putting much faith in any news about jv
