I'm calling this, "Hammertime" for CXO. I don't ever recall seeing as many hammers in a row.
My amateur take is this marks the end of the selling, and buyers are in the ascendance. Should be a strong bullish reversal of trend from here, especially with the bollinger bands getting very tightly squeezed (usually a strong indication a breakout / change one way or other is imminent).
