    • Energy intelligence company BuildingIQ (BIQ) has caught the eye of mCloud Technologies, a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company
    • mCloud has proposed to take over the company by purchasing all Chess Depositary Interests (CDI) held in BuildingIQ
    • In exchange, the TSX-lister will seed a $1.5 million loan, while CDI holders will receive 1 mCloud share for every 441 CDIs held
