ok Lebba, i have around 30/40 points , ill give you 6/7 here now , if you want more let me know , so whats my prediction based on ,,,

firstly im assuming your right and they get 15 m and relist (i think they got no hope )

1, pathetic management , (lies and deceit)

2, every CR to date has resulted in dilution of shareholder funds by 30/50%

3, are you suggesting this one will be any different , it wont

4,every prospectus put out contained false and misleading statements / and had to be redone ,

5, failure to deliver anything anytime ,

6 40 odd million spent not one satellite in space generating revenue

7 technology does not work , (proof ) diamonds not generating revenue

8, CR of 15 million raised in 2018 to build and launch 20 pearls, (delivered zero )

9, this CR if successful will result in the same outcome ,,, its been proven that all 15 m does is provide lifestyle ,,

10. failure of existing shareholders to give them more money , proves no one has any faith in management or the company ,

11.of course i could be wrong and the share price rockets to 5/10 cents on open lol
