Mr Angus Pilmer (Chairman)
Mr Pilmer is currently the Executive Director of Anglo Australia Resources and has been a director since 1985. He was engaged in public practice as a chartered accountant from 1971 until 1992 in Perth Western Australia and Hong Kong. He is experienced in corporate management and financial control.
Mr Pilmer was a former director of Precious Metals Australia Limited but resigned in March 2004. Mr Pilmer was also a former director of Biometrics Limited but resigned in September 2005.

Mr Trevor Pugh
Mr Pugh has had extensive business experience across a portfolio of Australian listed and unlisted companies. He has direct public company experience as Director of a listed entity and is a current board member servicing several
unlisted companies.
In particular, he has significant experience in business development and a deep understanding of marketing and business building requirements and an extensive national networking base in the advertising, publishing, resource and technology sectors.

Mr Tony Ince
Tony Ince has over 25 years experience as an accountant including 16 years as a director of a specialist taxation advising practice. He provides specialist taxation advice to a range of clients in the mining, primary production,
construction and resources industries.
Mr Ince is heavily involved with a number of professional organisations, including currently serving as chair of the CCIWA Taxation Committee. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
