The STI increase doesn't come into effect until the end of 2020, furthermore it is only 'The change will only apply to the maximum STI opportunity achievable if all targets set for the CEO are exceeded'.
And i will tell you right now, if the share price doubles, i don't care if his bonus is 200%, he will have earned it. Without improvement; 'The CEO’s ‘on-target’ STI opportunity remains unchanged'.
