There is no legal or ASX requirement for Dr. Duthy to dislose any of his current or previous directorships. With regards to his previous short Directorship with the Company and subsequent resignation it may have been purely for personal reasons that he resigned and for which he is not required legally or otherwise to disclose. I for one am very glad to have him on board as he has the experience we need to successfully commercialise Wheezo and bring his extensive knowledge and expertise from his time with Sirtex Medical to support the MD and Management team.
