Am I reading it right? That means these are as good as issued already??

120M + equity securities over the next 3 years and 100M new shares to be issued. That is already more than 20% of currently trading shares. Once that happens they have to issue more shares to satisfy ZCS requirement. That leads to further dilution... What a vicious cycle. Only people who appear to benefit are company directors and employees. All the profit this mob may generate is not going to increase the sp for share holders for a long time to come. What a joke!
