reading the offer document, ter has made it clear they intend to acquire more of unv if the offer doesn’t give them more than 47.3%
now as the offer is on the table I expect brasidas et al to give their acceptance to ter
once it reaches 47.3% the other holders will be mad to sit on this. They will never get a better price than this.
