Wow, if that is all true, then there should be a mistrial.

In saying that, going by what I have read about the case, there is clear proof that Stone did lie. The "tampering with a witness" charge seems like a massive overreach considering the witness said he thought Stone was joking or didn't take him serious because "that is just Roger".

But, this is all just another example of the swamp. There's a lot of pressure on Barr and Durham.
