To those that want to hang certain people up at the gates of the castle for expressing their views around favourable outcomes of this PE mess, all I can say is that the only thing people do on Hot Copper is express opinions.
So they got it wrong and others got it right.
But until an hour ago, nobody knew which was the right answer.
So please be civil about it. You never know a persons personal circumstances. This result could have serious financial ramifications for some and a few harsh words directed at people could be the straw that breaks the camels back.
I'm really upset by this, but I'm also considerate of what the management thought at the time. They were issued a PE notice which it turns out was invalid and never needed to be sent.
So I can see how they thought rights existed.
I can also see how a bunch of silks can swoop in and whisper sweep nothings into your ears that make you believe your point of view.
That's the legal profession. That's why they are usually the only ones making money, even when they lose.

Bigger holders than all of us will now determine the fate of this organisation and its management. Let's hope whatever that is can be favourable to holders.
