What does Richard Sealy do for KKL these days

On reading the Accounts in the Annual Report for the year ending 30th June 2019, on Page 37, I noticed the following.


Other Payables
Sealy Consulting Pty Ltd $417,739
Accrued Expenses $113,891
Total $531,630

I am not sure whether these Amounts cover more than one year. Perhaps the KKL Board can explain.
Perhaps they could also explain what Richard Sealy does for KKL these days.
He lives in Bangkok and is apparently paid a Retainer?
Not bad money. Can we afford yet another large expense?
