Capraise. Since most people over 55yo are at risk from coronavirus would likely already own a house or be on a reasonable Chinese pension plan to pay rent; We don't expect them to be buying a new apartment soon.
Most the fear is deaths or sickness of younger populations and their reduced ability to produce and pay taxes around the world for a period that could cause a global recession. We should find out more from TON about finance soon and global spread of coronavirus in next 2 weeks.
Two weeks is a long time in the stock market & stocks go up and down.
