you know how excited everyone gets about a long weekend? well you get 13 extra ones every year...
the tradeoff is less than half hour a day... you're day is pretty much wrecked when you have to go to work anyway so half an hour hardly makes a difference...
What would you actually do with the extra half hour? probably use it washing away the sins of the day in front of the telly or surfing the net... you can do that at work anyway... whereas if you have a whole day to play with you are more inclined to actually get out and do something useful or interesting...
