I topped up today and I believe the sp will recover back up to $1.9 soon.

. Caltex business model is different to Vea. Ctx is mainly in food sector and It bodes well as popular growth.
Vea is relying on fuel refinery and retail margins.
Australia is a fuel dependent country and Vea is controling this market.

. Corona virus has nothing to do with Australia fuel demands.
Tourism dropped within the Luna's new year period but It won't stop Chinese people going back to China on planned trips. Chinese students might had to cancel their short stay trips to China so they will use the money to travel somewhere in Australia.
Unfortunately Australia experienced bush fire in some areas coupled with the number of Chinese people going back to their country instead of visiting Australia so that was the main cause for a drop in tourism, not the corona virus.

. Fuel retail margin was higher within the Christmas and Chinese new year due to higher demands. This will definitely lift Vea's profit.

I bought this stock for one reason in relation to a new regulation on low sulfur content.

Dirty oil from around the globe will experience a slow down in demand as the sweet crude from Saudis 's heavy oil and American's light oil, condensate will be in favor.

Vea has been processing this low sulfur fuel at a competitive cost as It can source the condensate from Australia producers.
This will be a major support in key refinery and retail margins.

Australia government will have to increase tax on 91RON in order to introduce a bill to this new international regulation.

Vea will be happier to sell more 95 and 98RON fuels and Vea will has every reasons to lift its 91RON price.

And off couse Vea is a diversified fuel provider so any uplift in fuel prices will definitely lift its balance sheet.

I will accumulate more and more for sure.
