Cath Norman has been very quiet prior to this decision but now she needs to front up and give a comprehensive report to (ALL) shareholders on the events leading up to this appalling outcome furthermore, provide details of what the board's strategy is going forward.
If an appeal on the arbitration judgement is being contemplated then we are facing even more delays and frustration. I doubt very much that the Senegal Government will be too pleased about this.
