So they moved from individual sales commissions and separate new business and retention teams (standard practice) to a team-based commission structure and combined new business and retention teams into one.
Anyone with any experience in sales management knows that typically leads to both a collapse in sales revenue AND sales team member retention. Poor!
Now they are trumpeting their 'corrective action' to reverse their decision. Clowns.
