How did those Directors loan money to the company without shareholder notification or any approval?! Those loans attracted a 5% fee - that’s a direct conflict of interest of those board members and inequitable treatment of other shareholders to not approach them on an equitable basis. They’ve taken another 5% skim even while the company is in a such dire financial position! How do they get away with this?
