How can higher prices of anything save us ? higher prices of everything means inflation - do we really want that ?
I know that my ''in their 30's kids'' and all their mates want housing prices to collapse. The problem with the current Oz. property scenario is that ''people (and governments I might add) have no fear of debt when interest rates are low''
