I don't think GXY's undertaking to not do a CR was as firm as you think. I wasn't comfortable with SH's language regarding the possibility of a CR. There were a couple of "get out of jail free cards" in there. See below.
SH states that the cash on hand will certainly fund stage 1. Fast forward two months and we now know this not to be true. It will now be
substantially funded from the balance sheet. Therefore, I'm not sure why anyone would take the no capital raising assertion as gospel, particularly when SH added qualifiers such as "not on the horizon" and "certainly no plans at this stage". If he was 100% confident in what he was saying, the answer would have been "no, definitely not".
