It looks like Logical Cropping will be bankrupted and if the rest survives, Atlas will own at least 80% of the company.

The only positive that I can gather from the above rreport is that directors are keeping the company afloat via their
personal loans. IMO these loans will be later converted to shares post the Atlas dilution at the lower SP rate to
protect them from the impending massive dilution

All that is dependant on CLI not going bankrupt

Given that Shephard Bros owns the farm and are owed rent, this could account for the low inventory value
of the trimmed flower ( NB: the above ann says that total inventory is worth $1.3 mil incl trimmed flower)

If there is a CLI trimmed flower share of at least 4K lbs as forecast and if this inventory is for sale by
hempbrokers.us $ 280 USD/Lb then even discounted to $250 USD/Lb , this should be worth
$2 mil USD alone ($2.9 mil AUD)

For this reason there seems to be something dodgey in the above sums.
Perhaps Shephard Bros owns most of our trimmed flower already?

And where's the 4K odd lbs of Premium Colas?

As usual this CLI report as many questions unanswered as it answers.
