TH you’re up late, hopefully counting all your gains from the last 18 months.
Bapcor still has a lot of growth left in it even if the market does not grow. The Strat Plan targets in the latest half year pack layout growth in store numbers alone. The move into light commercial and trucks is very smart as that will eventually piggy back its distribution system and save a lot of cost and free up working capital from inventory efficiency.
Increasing in-house brand sales will improve GP% and overall GP$.
The Thailand venture is interesting, not capital intensive, at this stage and if it works (and Bapcor has first mover advantage) look out for what it may produce.
