Based on this statement
"the tribunal has determined that the Senegal RSSD Joint Operating Agreement does not grant to the JOA Parties a preemption right over a transaction
involving a sale of shares in a JOA Party"
My assumption was that this was always a share sale and PE not applicable. Based on your post, do you believe it still started out differently and was a cash amount for the interest and changed later to a sale of the holding company for Woodside?
Sad we still don't know the circumstances after all this time.
