    ASX notice to formally advise all shorters of new rules. If they dont advise the market formally then they could be sued.

    Now dont all you CUO holders go putting buy orders on, that wouldn't be fair to the poor shorters who have to buy their shares back today.
    We dont want to drive the SP up too much and send shorters broke.
