I sent what I have posted below to Steven Schapera (via LinkedIn)... as a courtesy prior to posting and hoping for some clarification...

Unfortunately, I did not receive the courtesy of a response... (even though his LinkedIn suggested he was signed in at the time)...

So I guess, I now throw it out to this forum, to anyone who could perhaps provide any possible answers... I am a little over the guessing game...but it seems that it will at least continue until the vote is done...



Did a little digging into London labs... perhaps someone a little smarter than me can make sense of this...

According to my search.. London Labs Ltd is currently a dormant company according to this link London Labs Ltd its latest accounts statement according to this link shows that the entity has total assets of 1 GBP and total shareholder funds of 1 GBP

Note... Steven Lorn Schapera ceased to be a person of significant control 18 March 2019... Lab Brands Ltd is a person (entity) with significant control from 18th March 2019....

Lab Brands Ltd - has NO persons or entity with significant control... but does share the same address as Steven Schapera

So.. does this mean that London Labs Ltd essentially is a dormant company without any person or entity with significant control over it...???

Could London Labs become a nice new home and fresh start for OBJ's IP should the NS deal goes through...?

Before the barrage of abuse comes... please note - Im really not trying to scaremonger... I am absolutely trying to find answers.. and any reassurance that my substantial investment is not at risk..
