This seems to tie in with a promise of an planned announcement due by end of Feb.
JOGMEC would be investing in Lynas, not Malaysia. and Lynas may provide the additional capacity through the US.
You are right, with all the shoddy treatment we get from Malaysia, investment there should be minimised
