A stop gap measure from a nobody "strategic" and only about 1 Qtr's worth of capital
Going to lose money for the rest of the year assuming Co meets that sales guidance
No new guidance on LSE listing
SPP record date already passed so therefore a source of immediate selling pressure for those wanting to make $15k worth of room for their entitlement.
1 for 2 options at 4.5c means SPP participants are effectively getting in sub 2.7c i.e maybe 2.5 or even lower so even more selling pressure
The 'strategic' should get ready for the stock to trade sub 3 pretty quick smart in my opinion
