And maybe could be a reason as to why there has not been a straight forward grant of approval from the Treasure of the FIRB.
Could be a bit tricky with a Chinese State Owned Entity (BGIA) trying to take a fairly sizable stake in NTU, and especially when other country's around the world are working on distancing their ties from China in the RE space.
China has a strong grip on the global supply, and their are country's and Governments that are concerned, Country's and Governments that are now working collectively together with solutions in mind to see a change in this dominance!
