SO glad i got out of this months ago - at a loss.

Another dilution for current shareholders. I am watching on in amazement as to how the BOD can move shareholder funds towards themselves and not actually produce any sales at profit - ever. I still don't think the BOD have ever been involved in a company that has ever made money.

The next fundraising chapter to come will be IPO's for the spin off companies. I wonder how much the BOD's will be paid for their efforts and services in that one? They will also need to consolidates the shares on offer so they can raise more funds in the future.

IMO, invest here at your peril. You might as well donate you hard earned for a good cause.
