It wouldn't surprise me one bit for Swan to do exactly what Costello did - make no comment or decision - in other words, bend over like a jellybean to BHP & Rio. In fact I'm expecting it - The Federal ALP is craven in its paralysis, feebleness, enervation, and love of process without accomplishment. Third Party rail access in the Pilbara is a pure template for that outcome.
If Hancock is in play, great, but I still think FMG is our best bet.
