I have a theory which may be utter rubbish, but we will know by the end of trade today.
Let's say the "Players" deliberately drive the option price down to very low levels 0.001 (which I suppose is a low as it can go)
10 minutes before close they buy the lot back at 0.001 and end up to 300 million options that they can convert for 0.10
Anybody like to hazard a guess what would have happened to the share price if someone purchased 300 million shares??
I bet they would have paid a much average higher price than 10 cents...
