Great news? Brilliant IMO.

Liberdade was always going to be the war chest that opened up the REAL money opportuinites, particularly Itambe, so getting advance value for the assett and likely ongoing albeit small royalty, will be very nice indeed thanks very much!!

Some loethargy from the market for a liittle while longer whilst they negotiate the terms but I see this as a very positive step.
