Maybe Danny will only need to fudge each years EBIT by using some of the money we give him from this deal, to pay back his loans?!? FY20 & FY21 need to average above 11.7 Million, so if he is a few million short, it makes sense to top it up himself to secure the final 15 million worth of equity...just thinking out loud here...
