I would have to double check the figures but pretty sure only 1 of those 3 tranches will be applicable. 2 of them are performance shares which as noted in the announcement and in the prospectus the criteria for which have either not, or will not be met. So it's only the 19M that you need to consider. Let's hope whoever's owns them believes in a turnaround.
