From memory TER have approx 65m in the bank and UNV 20 so neither will go broke over it, but its just not a good look for anybody and if TER win I can imagine there will be a very big shakeout at UNV. If there is a precedence then it should be a pretty quick decision. I think its more about shaking the tree and see what falls out.
