I tried vigorously to have the current BOD removed or at the very least saddled with an Independent Director to speak on behalf of retail investors.

Despite many small investors committing their proxy, I was told quite vigorously by larger holders to buzz off, who quite easily could have brought us to the requisite 5% for an EGM. I wonder if their sentiment has changed. It's never too late for a shareholder fightback.

The dilution over the past 12 months would mean starting over, especially considering some if not all of the interested parties may have sold out.

If like me you have had a gut full of the silence I am prepared to have another go.
