Respectfully Mr H, if they are wasting more of shareholders money on dissecting "You had no rights" then they should be lined up against a wall...
Any decent board of directors would have had a contingency plan for such an event and a "Never mind that, look over here" announcement. The fact that FAR did not speaks volumes for the eggs they put in that basket.
Today should have seen announcements that advised us that all is not lost, we have plans etc etc, but I suppose based on Cath Normans past, would you believe a single word?
