It's been explained many times before. You choose to keep posting to bait holders and spread mistruths.
Capraise is short for Capital Raising. Generally Capital is raised at a discount however there are few exceptions which allow it to be raised at a premium, but it all depends on market and equity buyers perception.
If the largest risk is obtaining finance and it is the final major hurdle to get to production, participants may be willing to pay more for shares knowing there is a guaranteed pathway to production.
To put it simply, if a stock was to have full project funding on decent terms, the market will perceive this as positive and the share price will likely run upwards.
The equity participant may already have some figures in mind as to what the company will be worth in production.
So if for example, WKT has had a market cap of $120M without funding, theoretically, there is no reason why it couldn't reach that figure and more with funding. With 300M SOI that's 40c each, let's say 100M are issued at 30c, that's $30M raised, 400m soi and hypothetically, would be worth at a minimum 30c a share.
Capraise, you're not a shareholder, there is no "we"
there is no disaster, there is no need to look at a pure equity raise at this point in time. You are merely writing unsubstantiated nonsense again.
