In the link I provided , bearing in mind the kiwis scheme is self funded, there are thousands of claims from the Canterbury earthquakes , still not settled.


In this pilgrims opinion, serious questions need to be asked of farmers to self fund their insurance risks, or pull the pin, this taxpayers tit, is all but dried up.
