Hi thanks for that An interesting post I was under the impression that CFDs were not related to actual share holdings .These new rules stoppimg short selling will only help the Banks Super funds and like institutions to manipulate the markets ( Maybe collude ) as they do own most of the stocks in the ASX 200 and aslso the ASX 300 in the ir portfolios I hope to be corrected if I am wrong about some of these comments Cheers Towie This could be ASIC flying off the hook without knowing how it all works Cheers Towie
