i think we will get an announcement, its the content i am more worried about.
its hard being patient - surely with tz we all know the value of the business providing no porky pies have been told and it is being embraced in all sectors has to be $15 to $25 USD.
then all the safety checks are there - directors and QVT happy to pay higher prices for stock. accument holding tight. AS's friends on board and the top twenty accumulating.
i think the risk lies with CSNY, can they do this thing and what is their outlook for the market. they will probably show caution and would rather wait till a certain market so there is little chance of disappointing clients with a reasonable float as opposed to a euphoric float.
my reasoning would be get on the nasdaq even if we do not get the top tier pricing - this market is terrible, there is not the demand for a stock like TZL and certainly not the appreciation.
a revenue model would give a huge vote of confidence and some commentary on nasdaq pricing would be nice although not likely.
a statement to say that PO's have been received but cannot be named due to commerciality would also keep the doubters quiet.
