I think Mid March could be a potential sweetspot.

The reason why I say this is because we have to wait 30 days for any objections on the neighbouring tenement to be submitted to the Department of Agriculture and Primary Industries from the 4th of Feb 2020.

Once this closes, they will need time to deliberate and consider any objections (give it a couple of weeks but my expectation is that there will be nothing new under the sun here that has not already been expressed and overcome in our previous application) and assuming all falls within expected parameters, the last of the concerns expressed in the environmental report (sufficient water rights to satisfy the requirements of the mine) is finally met and the Minister can then sign off on the MMP and call Mr Gunner for the big photoshoot with Mr Biggins. This would be a good scenario anyway....

Of course, I am very welcome to being wrong if they are going to approve it sooner!
