Ok, so I guess brick houses connected with all the subsequent infrastructure and economy should be compared to mud brick houses in the bush with no roads, no jobs, no infrastructure, no medical facilities within hundreds of miles (and this repeats for every town) if this is your preferred scenario I will retire to my mud hut and await US or UN help
