The Hunter Valley Maitland Property was valued at $4,637,713 in the 2019 annual report announced to the ASX. Since this valuation, property in the area has risen significantly. Will be interesting to see if the company releases information about the next stages of the land release and the proposed marketing process. Maybe the ASX will ask for a please explain.
