    I dont think I miss the point. Im quoting the disclosure rules in regards to MOUs and based on the ASX rules there was no need to disclose.

    Your post insinuated that the BOD's had failed in their obligations to disclose and could face prosecution. Which is incorrect.

    Whether or not it would have been nice for HZR to update /promote the MOU to holders is a different issue but not a legal one.
