Fees are they reasonable

Hi all

just wondering if people think the management fees are reasonable.

I had had a thought they were on the high side but honestly don’t understand what is normal and have only compared them to rff and thought both seemed high. I tend to be pessimistic and believe they would continually increase asset prices to then claim more in fees, but that’s just the cynic in me..

Has anyone with more experience have any comments on whether this is ok or what would be a reasonable fee for managing an reit like this.
